  4/8/26 - at 9:45pm whoever the female manager on site was very UNPROFESSIONAL- they were arguing on the floor about the order - fussing about who didnt come in for the evening - it was like these young teenagers are being controlled in a manner that’s not worth their paycheck. Sad - that it appeared the manager has a daughter that works there and was demeaning her in front of other wmployees

  Order terminals not accepting credit cards, receipt printers out of paper. Took table stand with number just to be yelled at from the counter to go pick up my food. Was not handed cup. Was told the ordering employee will give it to me. She was busy. Finally the drive through girl gave me a cup. Large french fries 3/4 full. Mc Donalds used to be a sign of consistency. No matter where you go to a restaurant you could count on the same taste, service and menue without having to think about what you eat. Those days are over. If this is becoming the standard and it looks like it is heading that way then a decline in sales is no surprise. I have eaten in and off at the chain for 30 years. Anywhere between FL and NC, a few times in Germany and Singapore but this was by far the worst esperience ever

  One girl was desperately trying to do and fix everything. This place was not good, mixed our order up and it was filthy. They never did fill the tea in the 50 minuets we were there. The fries where half cooked. Go somewhere else yall. This place needs help.

  Completely messed up my order. Not only was it wrong, but it took another 4 minutes just to get it corrected—and even then, it still wasn’t rung up properly. For a place that’s supposed to be fast and consistent, this was a frustrating experience. Definitely needs better attention to detail.

  It doesn’t get any worse than this. Avoid this location if at all possible. I will never go back. Wanted something quick to eat before our movie and ended up waiting 15 minutes (they WERE NOT busy whatsoever) for our food. Food finally comes and my burger has a huge piece of what I’m hoping was a wax paper wrapper inside of it (see picture). McDonald’s must just not give a darn anymore. Mind-boggingly bad!!!
