I know you don't care because 190,000 people drive by it every week and you don't have to improve for simple walk-in traffic PLUS those of us dedicated to KK product simply drive up to the Pleasantburg location. Totally unacceptable. Knock it down; build a brand new, top notch, state of the art location on Harrison Bridge in Simpsonville and start raking in cash! Thankfully your manager at Pleasantburg knows customers and saved this one!!

She made the enviromnent of the place happy and we got enchanted with her assistance. This is the kind of person that really likes what to do and is there to make our day better! - JJJoe JonesMar 28, 20263.0Every time you try using a discount code they gave you it will not let you use it 5 dollar donut hole put the code in over and over it say you need a promo code even after you put it in I said forget it now got a 5 dollar off code did copy and paste no go put it in letter for letter no go bogus and yes I was spending over 15 dollars minimal it's a online issue but went ahead and placed my order got to the restaurant and they were great and fast no problem with the people great service just the online app
- TGTammy GaillardMar 28, 20263.0Raspberry jelly filled is my favorite but the last couple of times I have bought them they have very little jelly in them, I'm half or 3/4 way into eating it before I get to the jelly, I have bought doughnuts from the Pleasantburg location all my life and I would get jelly from the first bite to the last, definitely not the same doughnuts they use to be before the pandemic, the assorted doughnuts are over $17 per dozen, the least they could do is put more jelly/filling in them, I was really bummed
