  I came in to order 2 sandwiches on sunday 3/22/2026 around 11:30 and everyone working was so polite, fast and the food was delicious! They all deserve a bonus or a raise for how fast they had everything down. There was a line infront of me yet i was out in under 5 minutes and by the time i finished ordering they had my food ready.

  Ordered my food via the app. The sandwiches were made to my exact order. The portions however did not meet the standard of typical jimmy jons. Not gonna dock y'all any stars for that.

  In the hospital with our first baby... all during a snow storm. My Husband picked us up Jimmy John's and the gentleman working there by himself (GM I believe) was so kind and threw in a cookie for this new mama. Excellent service and dedication during this storm. Much appreciated 🙏
