I ordered 40 boneless wings via Uber Eats and only received “Bag 1 of 2” (as printed on the Wingstop receipt attached to the bag). I contacted Uber Eats support and am currently waiting to hear from them while the half of my food I did receive gets cold. So I called the restaurant to ask the simple question of what they gave to my Uber Eats delivery driver to give to me. I was merely trying to find out if the restaurant never gave the driver the second bag, or if the driver somehow lost or worse, stole the second bag. The woman who spoke with me first told me that she did not know what the restaurant did or did not give to the delivery driver because “that was a different cashier.” When I asked her to please talk to that other cashier to find out, she told me that the other cashier had left. When I asked to speak to the manager, she then told me that she is the manager. I then said “you are the manager, but you don’t know and can’t find out whether you accurately fulfilled orders people place with the restaurant you are managing?” She then hung up. Understand what you are getting into if you give this location a chance to earn your business.
