Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Customers frequently reported poor service, including long wait times, incorrect orders, and unhelpful staff.

I've been to Whataburgers all over the country (I travel for work) and never had a problem until I came to this one. It's hit or miss clearly depending on who is working. The young men who usually are there during the day are great. Today, a lady took my order and got it completely wrong and of course I didn't notice until I got back to work to eat. Ordered a #10 and got something else. Not sure if they are new but maybe they need to review their own menu.

Welcome to a place where customer service is nowhere to be found.
The only way to order is on a touchscreen kiosk. You can’t grab your own drink due to the drink machine being out of order this causes you to have to try to talk around a brick wall to find an employee. My order came out missing three items. The food was not hot. The ice the employee put into my drink was all the way to 1 inch from the brim of the cup. This caused me to have to go through the annoying process of finding an employee again due to a barely filled cup.
The restaurant lobby is clean, but the restrooms are not. The paper towel holder is out of paper towel towels. The trashcan is overflowing and there’s an empty roll of paper towels laying on the sink.
When looking through the kitchen window to try to find an employee, I find the manager eating what looks to be a burger on the food line. Unhygienic and shocking to see.
Will not be coming back to this place.

horrible customer service at drive through. the need to hire better employees. I ordered 2 double cheese burger meal with large fries. total was $24.82. the ladybatvdrive through window gave me order and the change and noticed my change was short $10 dollars. I asked for the rest of my change and it took them for ever to get the rest of my change. while waiting I noticed the gave me wrong sandwichs. gave regular instead of double. so I asked to remake them and instead they just gave me the meatballs a plate instead with no cheese. then noticed the fries were small instead of large on both meals and when I told the lady she didn't like why I asked her for the large fries and start giving attitude. she gave a big with medium fries instead of 2. I was the only car at the drive through, so imagine if they were busy, how would they act?
this is bad service and incompetence employee. it seems employees don't care about their customers

It kinda pmo that the workers expect you to use the kiosk thing and avoid coming to the counter to take your order. gosh forbid i don’t wanna talk to a robot? the workers also lowkey forgot to make my prickly pear drink, so my shorty had to go ask them about it 20 mins later. but besides that, the food is so good bro. the jalepeno ranch is mind blowing, it makes me want to lick my fingers and whatnot.
