Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

They had to close down the kiosks and refused to take more orders because folks were waiting 40 minutes. The staff is nice I just cant believe they recently opened and dont plan on staffing appropriately. When we got the food it was cold, and they got my boyfriends order wrong. If you go here, be patient until they can get a full crew. The staff is so nice and they're doing their best but if they communicated that they were behind we would've went somewhere else..

My husband brought me lunch while I’m working and I ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mayo, and pickles. What he brought me was a hamburger with lettuce, mayo, and pickles. He also ordered two cherry cokes and they gave him two regular cokes. We will stick with the location on Pelham because they never get our orders wrong. I’ve worked at a restaurant before, it’s not hard.

This was my first time a whattaburger. The burger and fries were good, burger tasted fresh and clean. I hate to be a California Snob but it was No In-N-Out. If I had to choose between regular fast food and Whattaburger I would definitely stop in but I would not go out of my way.

We can understand this is a training center and all but today we went for lunch (4 of us) we got cold fries, were missing one order of fries, my wife’s shake and my daughters gummy snacks never made it out, not to mention 3 out of 4 sandwiches came out wrong as well. The team tried to make it right by redoing the entire meal, ended up still coming out wrong and we just let it be and kept it moving. We have been to the other location in Greenville/Greer and has been flawless. This location needs to do a better job with orders and keeping its dinning room tidy.

Ask about being closed or how app does not match in person menu and you are accused of being hostile. Hostile yet you walk away to try to figure out menu and pricing. Thus I proceed to order online. Take the order online and then manager refuses to fulfill order because I upset him. Went to pick up order and he told me he would not give me the food I ordered. Because I did it online and he was not responsible to deliver food. Not liable for refund for charges because his feelings where hurt. I would give you my true feelings about this location but I am not allowed.
