Even when there’s no line—maybe one or two cars in the drive-thru—you’ll still wait 20–30 minutes. When you finally get your food, it’s cold and barely tastes decent. The staff don’t seem to care, and the last visit they completely messed up my order without an apology. I don’t know who’s managing this place, but they need to fix some things soon, or tear it down, for goodness’ sake.
