Excellent welcome filled atmosphere. Service was friendly, courteous, accommodating and pleasant. Food was cooked fresh to order. Cashier ( young black man) and manager on duty( young black man)were both personable.

Food is great BUT worst customer service. Guy at the register didn’t wear gloves which bothered me the most. Could tell other customers in front of me were annoyed because he didn’t provide any sort of customer service. He was very ignorant and rude. His attitude wasn’t the best and getting mad bc he got a DoorDash order wrong and when I addressed that he was giving me the wrong items he was extremely rude about it.

Good luck getting the right order here. I can’t remember the last time they got mine correct. Even when there’s no line—maybe one or two cars in the drive-thru—you’ll still wait 20–30 minutes. When you finally get your food, it’s cold and barely tastes decent. The staff don’t seem to care, and the last visit they completely messed up my order without an apology. I don’t know who’s managing this place, but they need to fix some things soon, or tear it down, for goodness’ sake.
