  Dining room was locked at 7pm. No dine in ever closes that early. Waited in drive thru for over 10 minutes and never moved. Left the line and went to Hardee’s and from the time I ordered till the time I left with my food, was 1 minute 57 seconds.

  Honestly, if I could give it a 0/10 I would. I am a rather patient person, but it should never take over 45 minutes to get an order. The the order is wrong and I'm so fed up with it that I just left with what they gave me. This place needs some reworking.

  I live outside city limits so I have limited options, and unfortunately while I love Wendy’s, this particular location is the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Their wait time are astronomical. I regularly have to wait 20 plus minutes in the drive through. I’ve noticed they don’t take an order until they fulfill the order in front of you, so you just sit at the speaker in silence for 5 minutes. Recently I went inside thinking it might be better and I was horribly mistake. But what I saw explained the wait times. They are beyond unorganized laying various orders out in the counter (not under heat lamps). I watched as my nuggets and tenders sat on the counter for 10 minutes waiting for my burger. I eventually asked it those are my nine and if so they need to be remade since they are definitely cold by now. This explains why my fries are ALWAYS cold from this location. I worked in fast food way back in the day and I’ve never seen a more disorganized or slower prep team. Hopefully the owner/corporate reads this and decides to send some secret shoppers in over the next few months. I guarantee the results will be damning. I’m done w this location. I don’t think I’ll ever go back. Even though Jack in the box is farther it’s still quicker when you factor in the insane wait at Wendy’s

  Wow!!! I haven’t had a good Junior Bacon Cheeseburger with hot fries and a cold ranch packet in YEARS! This place should be the flagship and y’all need to teach the rest of the chain how to run a store! The bun isn’t stale! The food is hot! Everything is perfect! THANK YOU! I was about to give up on Wendy’s and I keep trying blindly.

  Ordered a burger, it came out cold and the bun was hard. It is not even worth going back in and getting it corrected or refunded. They already knew they put out subpar product, I could tell in their eyes, stay away from this Wendy’s.
