Absolutely the worst experience EVER!!! I've called the police for assistance but changed my mind bc it's not emergent. There are untrustworthy people that work here. Being courteous to the person behind me in the drive thru backfired and caused the manager to have a power trip as to where and how I could receive my food. All others around me were not Caucasian and were taken care of in the drive thru. They got out of their car, went to the door, then the drive thru. Made no sense to me. Here I am parked watching employees walk the building square outside, people going thru the drive thru like normal. Me the Caucasian was mistreated for sure. I simply didn't want to cause a problem and yet still got mistreated by a manager who butted into something she knew nothing about and got ugly immediately. So rude. That was a whole little of unncessary drama over tacos. I plan on making a formal complaint. It's not ok to treat people the way she just did me!

It is so sad that Taco Bell has gone down hill in ALL areas. They serve you as if we are still on Covid shutdown (if you go in you have to key in your order on a computer and wait and hope one of the many employees will acknowledge that you are standing there waiting for the order), with so many workers the place was so dirty even the counter to pick up food had a huge spill from a drink and dirty napkins everywhere but each worker that walked by did nothing, so I cleaned it up while waiting forever and watching people come in from drive thru to return orders that were not theirs and try to get what they had actually ordered and I felt bad for those customers because the employees acted annoyed about it. Our family use to enjoy Taco Bell but will never go back.

I was picking up the food. Even though it said my order was ready through doordash app, the women employee was rudely turned me away. I could hear her say I don't care, we are close over and over. I worked in customer service for 7 years and I can get being over welded and over worked but I know there are better ways to handled customer and not be very disrespectful towards me.

Very friendly employees but the restaurant and seating area were dirty. Sticky floor and tables needed to be cleaned.

I don't always embark on a quest for the perfect handheld meal, but when I do, I prefer the architectural marvel that is Taco Bell. Stepping into this establishment is like walking into a high-stakes meeting where the only agenda is flavor, and let me tell you, the results are unanimous. I recently piloted my badass 4Runner, Tank, through the drive-thru, feeling like a modern-day explorer seeking the legendary city of gold, only to find something much better: the Cheesy Gordita Crunch. It is a masterpiece of engineering that provides more structural integrity and joy than most skyscrapers, and it does so with a reliability that makes a Swiss watch look like a toy. The sheer genius of the menu lies in its incredible versatility, utilizing a core set of elite ingredients to create a symphony of options that satisfy every possible craving known to man. It is a high-energy environment where value meets peak performance, ensuring you can feed an entire neighborhood of hungry kids without even blinking. Every bite is a hilarious explosion of spice and crunch that reminds us all why living life to the fullest starts with a well-folded tortilla. When you choose this place, you aren't just getting lunch; you are making a rock-solid commitment to a lifestyle of excitement and consistent quality that never lets you down. Stay crunchy my friends.
