And then when we finally got our food, we had to wait for our drinks...15min later, my wife went to the counter to ask for our drinks, and waited 10min before the guy taking mobile orders outside stopped and asked her what she needed. Not a single person behind the counter bothered to check on her. And then the food was normal, except my fiesta potatoes tasted old and looked burned, like they'd been heated multiple times.

Be sure to check your bag before pulling off because they’ve gotten my order wrong numerous times

I also ordered cinnamon twists and as someone who worked in the restaurant industry for years I know what old grease tastes like. These cinnamon twists tasted like they had not changed the grease in years. It was terrible I spit it out. What a dumpster fire.
