Again, today (11/22) I went in and ordered from the KIOSK and a gentleman then came in and he ordered from the front register directly from one of the store employees while I was standing there waiting on my order. NO REASON to LIE TO A GUEST.. They DO TAKE ORDERS at the FRONT REGISTER by their EMPLOYEES!!!

Only ordered a couple of items (2 crunch wrap, taco and drink) Except when I went around there were 5 others in line. I don’t understand how this sped up production, and made a 5 minute stop into a 25 minute stop.
