- TKTia KelleyJan 29, 20261.0Order was said to be ready at 6:35. I got there at six twenty something and the door was locked. There was a sign that said “be back at 6:30.” Myself and another man waited outside. I go back to the door at 6:30 and it’s still locked although I see the guy behind the counter. The guys finally comes at 6:37 to unlock the door once I knock on it and look at him. I walk in and tell him that I have a mobile order for Tia. He hadn’t even begin making my order even though it’s supposed to have been ready. Another man comes in behind me and he makes his order and gives it to him before even STARTING my order. I ask him if the order will be ready by 6:50 which is 15 minutes past the time it originally said and the guy said yes. I glanced over at 6:49 and he was making a sub. I asked him if that was my sub and he said yes. He hadn’t even put the sub in the oven yet. He finally put the sub in the oven at 6:50. I don’t understand why he didn’t immediately start making my sub seeing as I was the first customer and my order was already supposed to be ready. Anyway, I wrote customer service twice and the owner/manager never reached out about this experience. No wonder the workers are allowed to do whatever they want… the owner obviously doesn’t care.
