- TTtez2 days ago1.0Last night my family and I dined at Quaker Steak & Lube and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. Our server, Cheyenne, appeared to be extremely preoccupied throughout our visit. We waited an excessive amount of time before she initially greeted our table, and even longer to receive our drinks after placing the order. Service was slow and inattentive despite there being very few tables in the restaurant at the time. What made the experience particularly uncomfortable was observing our server engaging in public displays of affection with someone at the bar — including kissing and physical contact — while on the clock. This occurred in clear view of our table and the children in our group. It was inappropriate and unprofessional, and it made the atmosphere very uncomfortable for our family. We chose to dine out together expecting a pleasant family experience, but unfortunately, the lack of service and unprofessional behavior overshadowed our evening. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future guests do not have a similar experience.
