When I arrived at (8:45pm), the door was locked and she came to the door to tell me that they ran out of dough. Mind you, the food was already ordered. A lady then came to the door being very rude and nasty to me (a black woman) and an hispanic man outside wanting to pick up an order. The hispanic man tried to then explain he had a doordash order and to that she said (“I don’t understand your language”). Two police officers arrived after me and she left them in saying (“You two look important”) and they were allowed to come in and pick up their order. I am not sure if she has something against POC or what but this was a very distasteful experience. I usually only go to this pizza hut because I like their customer service but I don’t know if I will ever come back. Im debating on taking this matter to other social media platforms as well.
