Instead of having awesome customer service & preparing something, I was left with a nonchalant rude attitude from TYLER telling me that I should just cancel it & get a refund because they had already given out one. I tried telling him that it was no option on the app to cancel & I bought this at 12pm today. I asked for the store managers name, he said Eddie then proceeded to say “but he’s not going to do anything for you either” 🤷🏽♀️ While I was still talking he closed the window in my face. After a few choice words from me, I drove off. I’m not sure where the unwillingness came from when this location doesn’t close until midnight, so there was PLENTY of time to prepare something for what I ordered. No accommodation at all.
