- GBGuy BaisdenDec 28, 20251.011:25 am temps in low 40’s and out of church entering Panera for hot food and sandwich with friends. The restaurant is cold for those of us in our 60’s and 70’s. We decide not to eat and my wife and I have a 12:00 appointment in the area. We maintain our coats get a drink to tough it out: Two weeks back complained to the manager and her assistant pet this same problem and the fact they had the back side door propped opened. Their explanation that it would beclosed when the driver of a 16 wheeler finished his unloading and my explanation customer first. They were nice turned up the heat, offered free pastry that we denied. They turned heat up to 73 to satisfy us. Twenty minutes later we leave and yes the eating area was warmer. Today same story with cold and most customers on coats. Again I bring this to management. Excuses are made and Mrs. Moore walked around talking to customers pet comfort level. The “FACT” their collars are turned up and jackets on at lunch should say everything, she did turn up the heat and 20 minutes later we leave with eating area a little more comfortable. She now for the second time assures a more comfortable environment for our next visit. I thank her knowing actions are more important than words. Hopefully my next visit to this particular Panera can be positive review. Fingers crossed

She allowed my dad to have a 2nd bowl of soup since he could not chew is sandwich properly. Her kind assistance made him and I so happy. I recently lost my mother, so time with my father is extremely cherished. Please thank her in the highest way for making our experience memorable!
