The morning crew more often then none always have the worst attitude, rarely a good morning , this morning I try to order the bakers dozen when you can clearly hear the lady over the huff and get upset then proceeds to rudely ask me “well which ones you want” I said as they always come which she then proceeded to tell me “ well I don’t know how they come or what the menu says that’s why I’m asking” this location is by far the worst one when it comes to customer service in the morning

Waited 23 minutes in the drive-thru with only one car ahead of me. That car received their food about 4 minutes after I pulled up behind them, so I’m not sure what caused the delay. Inside wasn’t busy either; only one table was being used. The employee at the window took my payment and told me it would only take a couple minutes. I received my food 15 minutes later. A bag of potato chips were missing, there were no croutons for the soup, no utensils, nor napkins in the bag. I understand things can get busy, but this felt like a lack of attention and basic customer service. Disappointing experience overall.
