I had to send back as it was well done instead of medium Service was OK but the food they have gone downhill since there premium days. This makes the second time I’ve been outback and had some poor food. They have lost a customer for sure.
- KSKathryn ShawNov 3, 20251.0It took a while to get a server although there were not many people there. The manager came by and offered to comp a blooming onion for the trouble. I got a ribeye steak that had an awful inedible taste, they brought me another one but it was just as bad, almost tasted like deer meat. They offered to take it off the bill, but they had charged me twice for the steak, and only took off one, so I paid for a steak no one could eat it was so foul. I would strongly encourage you to find another option. The days of Outback being a Safe choice appear to be over , at least at this location. Had a gift card, and there is a balance left, but even with that I will never go there again.
