  I mean, I actually tried to talk to a waitress to sit in her section because it wasnt a busy night. Talked to the would be host or hostess. Sat at the bar. Tried to ask for advice for a split order for two guys. They took offense immediately. I could go more in detail. The server I intended to with was actually the only person actually trying to do her job. Host was oblivious to sections and i knew them better than him. Took two "bartenders" to take several orders and the when i "Karen'd" out, she told me her name was "outback steakhouse".. i had a gift card and talked tonthe server before all this mess to give a sizeable tip. Previously spoken to w the server. What ever, but they threatened to call the cops on a monday with literally horrible quality of staff. All i can say is two people tried. Me and the first server i tried to sit in her section. She looked bored and the host couldnt handle the extremely slow night.

  I am simply amazed at the professional service we received from Caleb in the catering department and not to mention the owner Troy who took my call without hesitation and made our celebration here at Benson Hyundai Amazing!, from the food all the way to the excellent service, we are so grateful, Troy suggested a menu for the 50 people as requested and it was sooo good, oh my, I will forever be grateful for your service.. Listen I do suggest anyone reading this to call these guys, they are the best. I did call 3 other restaurants even another outback and you outdid them all... Thank you again!!

  Outback is a go to for me when I travel. The food is consistent and tasty. Our server was polite and friendly. My steak was cooked perfectly and my baked potato has the extra butter that I requested. The only problem was the salad. Initially it came to the table with no dressing. When I finally got some one's attention they brought me ranch instead of bleu cheese. They did offer to remake the salad, but by this time my steak had been brought out. Just a little more attention to detail would have been appreciated.

  I went to this place as a second option bc it was close to the first. Upon entrance my hopes were high. The staff at the door were kind and energetic and the preparation for Valentine’s Day was clearly well thought out as far as presentation. I was prepared to have to wait because it was Valentine’s Day. So my problem was not with that at all. It was the lack of service we received once we got seated. We put in our app order with our drinks and received both quickly. We placed our food order before the apps even arrived and waited over an hour to receive it. In that hour our waiter stopped by our table maybe 3 times. He went to the table beside us multiple times literally with his back right to us and didn’t have the courtesy to turn around and even check in with us. I placed our cups on the edge of the table hoping he’d notice. He never did. I had to wave him down to get our waters refilled. Which isn’t an issue at a busy restaurant but the issue is there was virtually no food coming from the kitchen besides apps for about 40 minutes. And I saw him standing just outside the kitchen door just looking around quite a few times. The waters weren’t refilled again until I complained to the manager. Prior to that we had to wave him down for napkins and didn’t receive silverware until after we received our food; over an hour after our arrival. After we complained he became overly nice but more in a condescending “kill them with kindness” vibe as if we had wrong him. I work in the service industry myself and have for over a decade. I came there last night with a purse full of cash with the intentions of surprising our server with a large tip only to be severely neglected by said waiter. Lastly I would like to add my Alfredo was watery and my chicken was overcooked. My boyfriend enjoyed his meal.

  I’m normally not the type to leave a complaint but this was an unfortunate experience at a restaurant my husband I have previously enjoyed. I understand it’s Valentines Day/a busy holiday; but we waited over an hour and a half without getting our food; some simple rare steaks and French fries as a side. We did get our drinks and appetizers but still waited over an hour; without any update. Silverware was also dirty and stained. I informed the manager politely about the wait time, and she told us she would check on it. She never returned to our table. Sad to receive poor service. Our waitress was lovely and kind though.
