The employees here are nice though so I'll give them that the very least.

Dismally empty and depressing at lunchtime on a December Sunday. Waited at our table 15 minutes before a server came to take our order. Food came fairly quickly and was correct. Black beans were good but fajitas were lukewarm - definitely not sizzling like they used to be. Only two tortillas included with Border Smart Chicken Fajitas. Had to ask for napkins (which we never did get), salsa refill, drink refills. Restaurant was cold, women's restroom was flooded. The server was cheerful and tried, but $50 for two (after tip) was too much for such a lackluster meal.

They provide great, professional service every time I go! They also have outdoor seating which is a plus!

But because they were either understaffed or staffed with new servers who couldn't handle the load, we were told that we would have a 25 to 35-minute wait. We left, as did several others, meaning revenue walked out the door because while there was physical capacity, there was not sufficient personnel to serve customers ready to spend money.
