Look, I’m a simple guy. I know what I’m walking into when I step inside a McDonald's. I’m not expecting a five-star dining experience.
But this location is ALWAYS awful!
I walked up to the counter and stood there for a good four or five minutes. There were three or four employees standing around the fry station just chatting, and not one of them looked up. It’s like I was invisible. When I finally got someone's attention, I didn't get a "Hello" or "Be right with you," I got a blank stare and a sigh, like my order was personally ruining their afternoon.
I ordered a cheeseburger meal. The simplest thing on the menu.
I waited fifteen minutes.
I watched people who ordered on the kiosks after me get their food before I did. When I finally asked about my bag, the staff member rolled her eyes and shoved it across the counter without a word. No apology, no "thanks for waiting."
I work hard for my money, and I don't expect royalty treatment, but I do expect basic decency. If you can't smile, fine, but at least acknowledge I'm standing there. I wish I could say that I won't be coming back to this location, but it's on the way home from work. Unfortunately.

first off all service was terrible order a 2 wrap meal 2 cheese burgers a happy meal and 2 chocolate chip ahoy drinks they didnt have stuff tk my the drinks then just offered us stuff that was 4 dollars less that what we paid for for each drink so like each drink was 7 dollars and they just replaced them with 2 dollar fudge Sunday and 3 dollars milkshake so didn't get money's worth then they kept forget stuff didnt give us a spoon for nice cream did give me the drink for the meal forgot to put a toy in happy meal forgot one of the wraps for the 2 wrap meal and on top of everything ice cream tasted awful sprite was flavorless and the nuggets from.happy meal were old very dissatisfied with this mcdonald's

I placed an online order at this location, which is listed as a 24-hour store. When I arrived to pick up my order, the manager informed me that the store was closed and refused to prepare it. His response was extremely unprofessional, he told me that if I wanted my order, I should work there and make it myself. This experience was very disappointing and does not reflect the level of service expected from this establishment. I hope management addresses this issue to prevent it from happening to other customers.

I was craving an Oreo McFlurry mixed with m&ms. I got to your store everything was fine until I got to the window , the manager with all the piercings in her face should take better control of her shift. LEAD BY EXAMPLE. I know it’s McDonald’s but it’s a job that involves interacting with the public. Your cashiers shouldn’t be on the phone ,they shouldn’t be slamming windows because it’s cold ,they shouldn’t just be twaddling of the hair because you’re having to wait on food. I get my food and my fries was not hot and fresh they was medium hot and fresh. It’s fine I just think you all should really control your night shift. Coming from a fellow general manager.

So my moms sugar dropped very low, there was no way that I could travel and leave her at the time we ordered some items and had them delivered we got an empty sealed bag and nothing was in our bag!! When I called no one answered and no one called me in the beginning to let me know they didn’t have any items but wrote no on the receipt? Great job Rutherford, lol the McDonald’s over there and the Hardee’s over there needs to be shut down poor service, I will not ever over from this location again. 5 stars for QT and Arby’s…
With all do respect owner… I contacted McDelivery, I got a refund back, but it’s the poor customer service, and the irreversible experience that I cannot get back or the illegitimate response that I just received from you. As a college student studying Business Management myself, there’s more to running a business than just making money, it’s about making sure your target markets are happy after all, if you didn’t have customers like myself, you wouldn’t make revenue. I spend a lot of money with MCDONALDS due to the convenience of fast food, but this location needs assistance and obviously, management and the workers need additional training, as a former quality control technician and a business entrepreneur I would be more than obliged to assist your company in this issue that your business has or you as a business owner yourself when dealing with customer interaction.
