I get to the drive-through window and the woman over the speaker says they are closed. Refuses to elaborate or do anything about my order. If the location was closed, why is someone monitoring the drive-through? Sounds to me like the employees just don't want to do their job. Pathetic.

I arrived after 4 AM to place an order through the drive-through and waited for 2 minutes with no one there to take my order, despite being the only car in line. When I finally gave up and pulled away, I noticed employees outside, enjoying each other's company instead of being at the window to take orders.

I ordered off kiosk and got 2 free sweet and sours .. no chicken nuggets.. he have them to my daughter who placed a totally separate order at the register. U asked for my sauces and he said gave them her, she said she was your daughter. She asked for sauces for herself. He told me I would have to pay 54 cents for 2.... mind you I got them for 0 dollars at the kiosk. Its nit about the 54 cents but it is about the politeness of him and just straight up making me pay for something that was definitely free on kiosk because he was in a bad mood. He was super short about it and even gave me an fluffy attitude while ringing them up, because he was annoyed. Rufus shouldn't work in public if he doesnt like people.
