I received bacon egg and cheese bagel and my coffee had no caramel when I asked the lady at the window about coffee she said I think so I didn’t make it 🤦🏾♀️ it’s my fault because I shouldn’t even go to McDonalds but whatever!

Once you get there they act like they can't get you out of there fast enough once they hand you the bag. This make take 5 minutes but once you have the bag they don't want to hear requests for ketchup or anything else. The food is always good (for McDonald's) so I always deal with the annoying drive thru etiquette but it would be nice if they slow down for 2 seconds after your 15 minute wait.

He is very unprofessional and makes people want to quit. Management please do something about it. How is it possible that you put him in a position of authority?
