The service is extremely slow even when there are no customers. The workers are always just standing or sitting around like they don’t care, and I waited in a mobile pickup spot for almost 15 minutes with no one in the drive-thru and no one at the window. There’s no sense of urgency, no communication, and no effort to provide basic customer service. This is the most consistently disappointing McDonald’s in the area.
