- MBmaren bryan2 days ago1.0don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit deserved one. I went in today and the service was honestly unbelievable — and not in a good way. The front-counter employee, Samantha, lied and told us she already made our drinks, even though they were literally sitting off to the side untouched and she never once called our name. When we asked for the drinks we paid for, she flat-out refused to give them to us. To make it worse, the manager and every other employee just stood there and did nothing to fix it. No apology, no effort, nothing. I’ve never had customer service this bad at any McDonald’s. If this is how they treat paying customers, I won’t be returning.

Food was cold and messed up my order. When they gave us out food all our food was thrown in the bag like trash. This place is a joke needs new management and staff and better training.

I placed an online order and went to pick it up. Went through the drive thru and was told “we are not taking any orders at this time and it’s going to be awhile”. No explanation at all. 7 pm on a week night and this location is a 24 hour location. What a joke! Told them I had an online order and was told again “it’s going to be awhile.” Save yourself the grief and just hop on the highway to the Pelham Rd location. Great customer service every time and just on point.

When they brought the drink it was the wrong one. They stated they were making the drink. I waited then I had to get some else's attention before I got the drink
