  Most times I go through the drive through I have to wait much longer than ~15 minutes, the food order is incorrect, the drive thru kiosk is broken, or associates only take orders from 1 of the two kiosks available.

  First off, I can't stand kiosk-only locations. The only reason we stayed was because we were here with our grandson and he was hungry. When I approached the counter to place an order, one of the employees was very rude in the way they said kiosk orders only. On top of that the restaurant smelled like vomit and chemicals. It was nauseating. Our order was mostly fine, except for the fries. They were so greasy and not fully cooked. We will definitely not come back to this location.

  The restaurant was pretty decent. Ordered on the kiosk, and the order took about 10 minutes to come out even thought it was just 10 nuggets and a milkshake. Went to get the nuggets when my order was called but there was no shake. When I asked, the worker apologized and said the shake machine wasn't working and offered me a McFlurry, which was fine. Overall the staff seemed pretty average and the restaurant seemed clean enough.

  This location is awful. They’re constantly running out of items but still letting people put in mobile orders for those items. They make you wait between each order they take through the drive thru before taking the next so you’re literally sitting in line no less than 10-15 minutes (so much for fast food) and most the time the people are nice but there’s one lady who is always rude when taking orders. I go to this McDonald’s because it’s in the same shopping center as my job. The morning is usually better, but honestly, there’s no good time to come to this McDonald’s.

  Probably one of the worst fast food experiences. I went with a friend and placed a mobile order for mine and he was going to place his order. It’s almost 11 pm and we sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes WITHOUT even being greeted. Placing our order was awful, the person taking the order was rude. My friends order was all wrong, he ordered an apple pie it was never put on the receipt and two employees argued with him about it. NOT professional. He ordered a sweet tea because she said sprite was out and then ignored that and he asked for sweet tea. That was also wrong. She said at the window “we don’t have sprite do you want coke?” Fed up he just said fine. But a Diet Coke was given. Do NOT come to this McDonald’s unless you want to have a brain aneurysm.
