- OOohsotrue032 days ago5.0There is a Naz that works at this location. Stopped in with my aunt who is visiting from out of town. Krispy Kreme donuts are her favorite. She's never been to an actual KK store. Naz was SO professional and nice. Patient with her as she picked her donuts. Told us when the red light fresh donuts would be ready... which was six minutes after our visit started... allowed us to wait for them... and just made my aunt smile. Best experience I could ask for. Someone needs to make Naz employee of the month or a free dinner or something. I know it seems like a small thing... but again.. my aunt has been telling everyone about her KK store visit for three hours straight now. I am so thankful!!

They are unbelievable on the slow scale. plus order delivery your order will come out wrong everytime. You'll never get your hot drink cause apparently they can't look and read if you want hot or ice. And you'll keep getting messages from the dasher saying sorry im still waiting inside for your order. Don't ever go to this one, always a mistake

The toilet seat in the bathroom was broken off and laying in the toilet. Poor excuse for a Krispy Kreme location. Do better people.

They messed up my order but I didn’t realize until I got home so check your orders if you go here. The drive through and parking lot configuration is weird if you’ve never been here. The cashier was texting on her phone while ringing me up and continued texting even after the payment processed. She tried to send me off without my order. Definitely not the level of service I expect from Krispy Kreme, and this location doesn’t live up to the usual Krispy Kreme standard.
