First and foremost, if you're reading this please know that this store faces mechanical issues to date that cause the size issues people are posting in the reviews. I sent my mother in law as I treated her to some Free doughnuts and she did get dozen of doughnuts that were not at all the correct size. "So why are you giving them a 5*??" Simple! It's how the manager handled the situation. I called and explained on behalf of my mother in law what happened. Miss Fae very kindly explained to me exactly what happened. Giving me her why, as well as validating my issue with the size. She offered to make it right and invited my mother in law back for another dozen for which I didn't think she would go for lol but she did!! She went back today and met Miss Fae in person and got herself a box that was a 200% improvement from the last. Why give a shop a 2-3 star for an initial fumble, if you end up running it in for the TD after they recover? Great managers make great teams which creates a great store. Thank you Miss Fae 😎💪🏼

But this one on Woodruff Road might be the worst. They never seem to have any of the premium donuts they advertise, and when you ask, the employees act like it’s no big deal — maybe they’ll have them, maybe they won’t. It’s a completely “whatever” attitude that makes you feel like they don’t really care if customers come back. Whoever owns this franchise really needs to take a hard look at how this location is being run. It doesn’t reflect the Krispy Kreme brand at all.

Both times I ordered the day before and was made to wait while they either served other customers or literally had to wait for them to make my donuts. Yesterday morning I placed an order for the Halloween dozen at 7:38 a.m. for pick up today at 11:00 a.m. when I got there Not only was my order not ready but they were sold out of the Halloween donuts. As I am taking these as a desert contribution to an event it kind of left me stranded. 45 minutes later they were done making my dozen and gave them to me. I've contacted customer service but as this is the second time it has happened to me at this location I would not trust online mobile ordering from them at all.
