  I don’t normally eat at Jimmy John’s but I do when the picklewich comes out. I’m not sure what their names were but I came in on Saturday November 1st at 3:05pm and the two gentlemen workers I encountered were SO SO nice! They were sure to get my order right, double checking during the sandwich making and after handing me the order. My sandwich was delish! Thanks fellas! I’ll be back

  I ordered 3 meals. The unwhich was reddish/brown lettuce at the ends of them. The lettuce and tomatoes were translucent, they must have been froze and didn’t thaw out properly. Not great meal. The main issue is marking it out for delivery and then it taking 30 mins to get to my house and the restaurant is less than 5 mins away . That was probably the worst part , I love jimmy John’s so much and this truly ruined my experience with even ordering delivery now .

  Service here is not what it used to be. I gave them another chance after having to cancel my last order for taking so long and now again today, it's been over an hour, our lunch break is over, and the order has not arrived. They are no longer a quick lunch option. It's honestly a joke that the slogan is freaky fast.

  I have worked near this location for eight years and have witnessed the quality and speed decrease over time. Today I placed an order at 11:30 am and it was not delivered until 12:45pm. What’s weird is the status of my order disappeared from the website like it was marked as delivered so I called the location who said it was still sitting on the shelf waiting for a driver. I’m not sure if they do this to alter their delivery speed data but it’s super confusing and has happened more than once. I also received a turkey sandwich with literally two piece of turkey which is absurd for an order that costs $17. This used to be my go-to lunch spot but it’s just not reliable anymore.
