  Walked inside! Stood at counter for severalminutes no one spoke to me or even took an̈order! I left! Drive thru was their only concern! Disappointed😞!

  Several months ago I got 2 dozen donuts to take to a company as a thank you. I also got half a dozen to take home with me. These donuts were so dry I was embarrassed to have taken them to the company. My husband wanted to stop there a few days ago. Thinking maybe they had had a bad day last time, we ordered 3 donuts at the drive through. These 3 donuts ( with cream on top) were thrown into a bag and pressed together. These too were so dry we couldn't eat them. They seemed to be days old. I will not be going back there!

  The peppermint ice smoker latte is the best thing ever and the lady was all alone and made my drink perfectly right!

  I ordered a Box O’ Joe online 6 hours before I needed to pick it up. I arrived for the pickup only to be told they were out of those and could give only give 4 large cups of coffee instead. This was not ideal for the situation so I asked for a refund only to be told that was not possible. No refund or store credit. They said to come back tomorrow to try to make things right. Complete waste of $25.91 and time. Very disappointed and hope they make this right.

  this dunkin is on my way to work, this morning i asked for a hot dunkalatte with some caramel and extra sugar it literally tasted like water. i’ve had issues with this dunkin before i went one time and they gave me a croissant that was burnt so bad i couldn’t even bite into it. i’ve ordered a hot coffee before and gotten iced but i don’t think i’ll be going back ive just had too many bad experiences.
