This was not ideal for the situation so I asked for a refund only to be told that was not possible. No refund or store credit. They said to come back tomorrow to try to make things right. Complete waste of $25.91 and time. Very disappointed and hope they make this right.
- ARAshlin RayDec 22, 20251.0this dunkin is on my way to work, this morning i asked for a hot dunkalatte with some caramel and extra sugar it literally tasted like water. i’ve had issues with this dunkin before i went one time and they gave me a croissant that was burnt so bad i couldn’t even bite into it. i’ve ordered a hot coffee before and gotten iced but i don’t think i’ll be going back ive just had too many bad experiences.

Then it took them 15 minutes to make a coffee and the munchkins. I get you hate your life but don’t take it out on me. Def won’t be back.
