- JCJL CSep 5, 20252.0Haven't been to this particular store for quite a while because they hardly ever have what I want and the service generally sucks but I had a hankering for a donut and it was on the way to work so thought I'd give them another try. Big mistake. I placed a mobile order for a half dozen donuts at 7:26AM, got there at 8:02AM and they hadn't even started my order (it was not particularly busy and there were at least 6 people in the back). The guy that put my order together complained the whole time and announced that he had no pumpkin donuts (I only ordered 1), said he didn't receive any from the bakery. Ridiculous, it's literally only a couple of days since they made their big 'PUMPKIN IS BACK!' announcement, you would think they would make sure their locations were fully stocked. When I got to work and opened the box, the donuts are literally HALF the size they used to be. Seriously. Do better for your future customers Dunkin, I will not be one of them. This location is THE WORST. Next time, if there is a next time I will go out of my way to the Laurens Rd. location, have never had a problem there.
