    Their Sunday hours may say they open at 6, but it is for DRIVE THRU ONLY. Didn’t see that listed until I walked up. If you come through their unlocked door into the lobby before then, they will YELL at you and tell you to get back in your car and go through the drive thru. Very unprofessional location. Not sure what the kid behind the register in the lobby gets paid to do for the first hour this location is “open”.

    This is the worst DD location we’ve ever been to. We spent over half an hour in line with only three cars ahead of us. Our order was incorrect, and we didn’t get what we ordered. The service was extremely slow.

    I come to this location often I never have a bad experience maybe an occasionally longer wait time but today was a horrid experience. Had to repeat my order to the man at the drive thru window several times during this him and a female coworker were arguing about what I wanted. They finally have me pull to the window the man gives me a drink as it’s spilling all over his hand I tell him that is not my order,he began yelling at me and saying this is exactly what I ordered as I stare him in disbelief I noticed a ton of white powder on his nostril. I asked for a refund and left.

    Online order scam!! DD app took my money for an order at this store. And the store said they ran out of donuts. And nobody wants to refund my money. It’s been a week and they are just wasting my time in contacting them. Neither DD nor the store franchise wants to take any responsibility for refund.

    I recently visited the Dunkin’ Donuts at 101 The Pkwy, Greenville, SC 29615, and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered two Loaded Queso Hash Browns with no bacon. When I received my order, both had bacon on them. I told the worker that I had asked for no bacon, but both the employee and the supervisor insisted multiple times that I “never said no bacon,” even though I clearly did. even claiming the worker “heard me loud and clear.” I am a vegetarian and cannot eat bacon, so this mistake is a serious issue for me. They claimed they would remake the order, but instead they simply removed the bacon and put the same hash browns back in a bag. This resulted in almost no cheese left on them and made the food inedible. When I rolled down my window to request a refund, the male worker opened the drive-thru window and said, “Here we go again,” which was extremely rude and unprofessional—especially with his supervisor standing right beside him and behaving the same way. I was then told they “couldn’t” give me a refund and that I had to contact my bank. I also tried ordering a donut and was told they were out of all donuts and only had Munchkins, which makes no sense considering it is a Dunkin’ Donuts location. Overall, this was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve had.
