- NCNathan ClineDec 24, 20251.012-23-25 We came into chipotle to try it out, and I’ll be honest, the food wasn’t all that. Overall everything had a powdery taste but I can’t hold that against the restaurant that’s why I rated a 3/5 stars. Now what I will say, I felt incredibly rushed while ordering and it wasn’t busy at all. The woman at the register was very fast with us and didn’t give us much time to think of a decision. Again this was our first time, so kind of rushed into stuff. Another complaint is the house keeping, I’ve never seen a mess this bad honestly. The restrooms were HORRIBLE, didn’t take photo for privacy, and the floors on the outside needed to be sweeped bad. All the tables were dirty just didn’t look well at all. Overall would not come back to this location

- ABAshley BNov 26, 20255.0I went to Chipotle on one of the worst days of our lives and Darlene, who worked at Chipotle that day, was the only bright spot on that very dark day. Long story short, on July 17, we found out about a tragic loss of my daughter’s best friend who was like another daughter to myself. Both my daughters were devastated, and we had to get out of the house. I took them to Chipotle to try to get them to eat something, and was met by Darlene. She took our order, and she could see we were all upset, and asked if we were okay. My girls barely ordered anything, and Darlene, not being nosy but being a mama at heart, asked if they were okay, and one of my girls started to cry, and told her why we were all upset. Without hesitation, Darlene came around the counter, and hugged three strangers. She held all three of us while we cried. Everything stopped in the entire restaurant, and everyone that day allowed us to mourn loud and messy without judgment, and truly brought a small amount of peace to me and my babies that day. I have been wanting to leave this review for some time, but I have not been able to write this, but tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I want Darlene to know this mama is so grateful for her. Thank you for holding us together in a moment where we were all about to fall apart. I am convinced Darlene is an earth angel. 💜
