  Don’t waste your money here unless you are eating in and watching them make your food. I’ve ordered for pickup 3 times and every time was worse than the last. The first time i was missing 1 side component which i could see happening. The second was missing the rice of a greens and rice bowl but had all the sides and toppings. This last time tho killed it for me. I ended up with just a bowl of rice and chicken with no sides, veggies, dips, dressings, nothing. Just a bowl of rice and chicken I could have made myself at home. My wife was mostly missing her toppings, and my daughter cried about missing her dips. If you want just ok lukewarm chicken and things in a bowl, at least be there to watch them make it. For me, this place is no longer a consideration when we want to order or eat out. I will definitely be telling people about my experience so that they don’t waste their money like I did. 0 stars if I could. Would not recommend.

  So I placed this order directly through the app for delivery because I am at work, and when I tried calling the store to let them know that I wanted sauce on the side, they didn’t answer and I called multiple times. Then it took over 45 minutes to get to my job. When it got here, I didn’t receive my drink, my food was ice cold and the bowl looked like slop. It was missing the chicken and hummus. I called support right away and they only wanted to give me a a 30% refund. I’m seriously pissed. I asked to escalate it to a full refund. I spent almost $26 on crap. I’m so disappointed. Please do better. This will be the last time I ever order food from here.

  first, let me start off saying I love cava! It’s one of my favorite places to eat. This location however is not it. It seems they can never get the online orders correct which is confusing to me since the order slip reads line by line. The food is good, although sometimes can be cold but that I can deal with. What’s unacceptable, is that almost everytime i’ve placed an online order they’ve completely left out multiple toppings/sides which is frustrating when you pay extra for them. I’ve also noticed a difference in the portion sizes online vs in person, the bowls when I order pickup are giving skimpy. The staff is decent, not great not terrible & I wouldn’t even care as long as they could get the orders right. I love cava so I will probably come back but I will say if you do order here make sure to order in person so you can literally watch them make your bowl in front of you OR just go to the haywood road location which is MUCH better and has never gotten my order wrong!😊

  CAVA has quickly become our new go-to spot. One of the best things about this place is the huge variety of options—they make it easy to customize your meal whether you want something light or more filling. The food leans toward healthy, fresh ingredients without sacrificing flavor. The spicy lamb meatballs and the crazy feta are standouts and absolutely worth getting. Everything tastes fresh and well-seasoned, and you can tell care goes into how the food is prepared. The atmosphere is laid-back and casual, making it a comfortable place to relax and enjoy a meal. Parking can be a little tight, but it’s manageable and not a dealbreaker. Another plus is their drinks—they carry Main Root products along with their own small-batch options, which is a nice touch and fits the overall healthy vibe of the restaurant. Overall, CAVA is a solid choice for fresh, flavorful food with plenty of options, and it’s definitely earned a spot in our regular rotation.

  The food was very good as usual; however, if I could give zero stars for service I would. I have been to this location multiple times and it has gone completely down hill with service. The main gal servicing the line last night looked and acted so miserable to even be there it made it down right uncomfortable to order food. I felt as if she was "doing me a favor" by providing service. When I asked for avocado in my bowl she said "they aren't ripe", yet they were sitting right there in the open in the bin. It wasn't an option, she was not going to "waste her time" giving me what I asked for because she knew better. When I got to the register, I asked about first responder discount, as I have always received it at this location, and the girl told me it was only fire fighter and cops. I asked if this was a recent policy chnage and she replied "yeah I guess" though she didn't seem sure at all and didn't take any time to find out what changed. I was to the point I was about ready to walk away from the bowl I had made completely, but after working a 14hr shift at the hospital I just wanted to get home and eat. Another note, the drink station was completely out of straws and napkins with drinks spilled on the counters and the trash was completely over flowing. Not sanitary at all. Based on my experience last night, I dont think I'll be going back.
