  Our pick-up order was 30mins late and a women came from the back and to tell me it would be another hour to 45mins, she was very rude in the way she said it. I did nothing to be rude to her or anyone in the restaurant, I hadn’t even seen the women before. It was really crazy. So we left without the food. We wasted $73, but I didn’t want to deal with crazy. I placed the order two days in advance she said it was too large of an order.

  I never ate here, but I really feel like I need to say it. I’ve passed this place so many times and I didn’t even know it was a restaurant. It looks like some high brow European furniture store. I’m so serious there is no indication that they even serve food here.

  If you cannot have enough staff to be open until 10:00, then close at 9:00 p.m. I have sufficient time for my order to get ready to be collected at drive thru lane. There were two cars ahead of me who were clearly way too early. By the time I joined the line I was 3rd car in line having received notification saying my order is ready. It took a grand total of 20 minutes to get to the window to collect my order!! If someone is early at the window, train your staff to tell them to pull around. To think that I could have collected my order and saved 20 minutes boils my blood. Such poor efficiencies in such restaurants takes everything out of enjoying your meal at the end of the day. And no I’m not exaggerating. Imagine having to turn your car off and just sit and do nothing when the staff is so poorly trained to handle digital drive thru lane that they offer. Jeeez

  Seems like every time we visit this location it is out of some type of protein or rice. Tonight I placed an online order and had to wait 30+ minutes for rice to be made. Other recent visits they have been out of proteins or pita. It’s Never had these issues at other locations. Food is good, if they have it ready.

  We really enjoyed our food and will come back again. A staff member was sweeping the floor around us while we were eating, which was a little uncomfortable because I know it makes stuff fly up in the air. Also, it looked like it had been a while since someone had swept, as they had quite a pile of dirt and garbage. I'm guessing they were a bit behind due to the bad weather, so we'll be back some other day again to check it out.
