    We enjoyed our favorite meal at Carrabba‘s dinner and dolce. It was 10 out of 10 our server. Amanda was 10 out of 10. It was a fabulous experience. The food was so good and we got some to take home as well.

    I asked for a well-done steak and this is what I get … preparing and cooking food correctly as on the tickets should be a top priority if you’re working in a restaurant. It’s not hard to tell the difference between a medium and well done steak.

    This place says great potential, but they missed the mark on lots of areas. Food was lukewarm. Servers act like they have too much to do but not that busy it seemed. Good points: Menu options. Well coordinated once order is placed, getting it to the table efficiently.

    Waited 13 minutes after sitting down at our table before someone came and got our drink orders our waitress said her tables were switched either way she walked by us multiple times and we were dead center in the middle of her section so I doubt that’s true but I guess she thought it sounded good. It was Valentine’s Day but at 3 pm we counted 9 empty tables so it’s not like they were slammed. Ordered our food and when it came out the fillet was cold and had no sear the Al dente pasta was cold and soggy and the broccoli was cold . After informing them of all the issues they asked my wife to remove her silverware and 90 seconds later they brought back her microwaved steak now it was super rubbery smelled odd and at this point she lost her appetite. My food I ordered was great we have always liked Carrabba’s eating there at least twice a month. After this service we will NEVER go back. I spend approximately 3k per year at this restaurant and they just lost a regular. Microwaved meat and no apology from the Manager. I’m sure they will say it happened because they were busy but at that time it wasn’t the case.

    We visited this Italian restaurant on January 16 around 7 PM. It was me, my son, and my best friend — a party of three. My best friend gave the name and we were placed on the reservation/wait list. While waiting, we noticed the hostess calling other parties and seating people who arrived after us, including smaller parties of two. At first, we thought maybe it was just timing, but it continued long enough that it became confusing. When we mentioned it to each other, the hostess asked for our party name and then said she had texted us 15 minutes earlier. That’s where the confusion came in — we were sitting directly in front of the hostess stand watching parties being called and seated, so it wasn’t clear why we were expected to wait on a text instead of being called like everyone else. It made the process frustrating and unclear. Once we were finally seated, things improved significantly. Our waitress Destiny was amazing — attentive, kind, and a total breath of fresh air. Even though the bar was a bit behind on drinks, she handled everything professionally and kept us comfortable. Management also stepped in and did the right thing by accommodating us and taking money off my son’s pasta since he didn’t like the mushrooms or shrimp. That gesture really mattered and showed good customer care. Overall, I’m giving three stars because the front-door experience needs improvement and more training. However, Destiny deserves five stars, and so does management for how they handled things once we were seated.
