The wine pours have gotten smaller in the last two months. You need to bring back top offs for the wine. Consider charging $5- $10 more to bring back the top off and increase the pours. Service also appears stretched and slower than usual.

My brother enjoyed his breadstick tower with fresh marinara sauce. My brother ordered Rigatoni with a red sauce and no protein, while I ordered the Lobster Ravioli. The meal was perfectly timed and our server Katherine from Boston was the best! We will definitely be returning soon.

I got my usual, Chicken Parmesan, and had eaten about half when I found a short dark hair in my food. I have long brown hair and my husband has very short brown hair. My stomach turned and I was very disappointed. I had been looking forward to my birthday dinner all week. My husband told our server, a nice gentleman, and he took the plate away. He offered me something else but by that point, I was sickened. I understand things happen, but not once did the manager come to our table just to let us know that they cared. The server had my food taken off of the bill, but nothing else was said. I love Carrabba’s, and I just hate that this happened. My husband and I eat at our local one a lot!!!!! Do better management staff. Sometimes it’s not the money that you take off the bill, it’s the compassion and understanding that makes all the difference!
