  I'm not joking when I say my first time at this restaurant and it was the WORST service I have ever had in my life. Our entire table's food took an hour and 15 mins to come out and then was missing multiple items. I requested the sauce that came with my steak 2 times and it finally came out after I had finished the entire meal. My friend never even got the brussel sprouts that came with their order AT ALL. We were never apologized to, our server came by twice all night. Absolutely no excuses for the terrible service to not be amended/addressed in anyway. Food is average anyways, for the price you can do better all over GVL.

  It has probably been 10 years since we dined at Bonefish so being hungry, desperate and on that side of town we decided to splurge at Bonefish. We ordered the seafood dinner for 2 which comes with 2 sides, soup/salad, and 4 fish samplings one of which is shrimp . The bread was fabulous as always. Yeah!!! The soup was cool, potatoes au gratin (I think is what they called it) was misleading. I was expecting hot, bubbly, buttery potatoes. What we got was a giant mass of cold goo. Awful. The fish samplings (3) were ok the shrimp was not edible. I’ve always love the atmosphere at Bonefish but the food standards have fallen below acceptable. Also make wait staff cover their tattoos. A tattooed arm reaching across the table to serve is never a good look.

  I just wanted to take a moment to compliment our server Hannah Grace.tonight because the service truly stood out. It was a very special anniversary dinner. From the moment we were seated, you made us feel welcomed and comfortable. You were friendly without being overbearing, and you had such a positive, upbeat attitude that made the whole experience better. You were extremely knowledgeable about the menu and gave thoughtful recommendations, explaining dishes clearly and helping us decide without rushing us. The way you described the specials and answered our questions showed that you really know the food and care about the guest experience. Everything you suggested turned out to be excellent. What impressed me most was your attention to detail. Our drinks were always refilled before we had to ask, plates were cleared promptly, and you checked in at just the right times. Even though the restaurant was busy, you stayed calm, professional, and attentive. It’s clear that you take pride in your work. Your service made our meal feel special, not just routine. Thank you for going above and beyond, it absolutely did not go unnoticed.

  Beyond disappointed. Placed an online curbside pickup order, arrived at the time I was told to and called the number on the sign upon arrival. After being rudely greeted on the phone I told the hostess my name and what spot I was in and was then hung up on, no goodbye or “it’ll be out soon”. Waited 10 minutes so I decided to call again, this hostess was much nicer. Waited another 5-10 minutes and still no food so I went inside. After letting the hostess know that I had been hung up on and was waiting so I long I was walked to the back where pickup orders are organized. The woman working the pickup orders walked past me and ignored me so I asked her “when do you think my order will be ready” she repeated my name back to me and handed me my order. I took the bag and said told her thank you, she gave me no response which is extremely rude especially in the food and service industry. Needless to say I will never be spending money here again or recommending it to anyone. I did not encounter a single friendly employee in the restaurant tonight, do better.

  Shawn and Jada took fabulous care of us at the wine dinner. I appreciate the little touches of bagging our food. I do wish the seating was more small tables versus multiple long banquet tables.
