  An Unforgettable Lesson in Discrimination and Poor Hospitality I wish I could give zero stars. Our visit to BonFish at Woodruff rd was ruined not by the mediocre food, but by the openly racist attitude and shocking unprofessionalism of the staff. We were ignored for extended periods while others who arrived after us were seated and served promptly. When we finally got attention, it was with heavy sighs and visible annoyance. The server was short, made no eye contact, and provided none of the courteous explanations or check-ins we observed them giving to other tables. The most telling moment was when a mistake was made with our order. Instead of an apology, we were met with defensive hostility and a blame-shifting attitude we did not see directed at any other customer. The difference in treatment was not subtle; it was a deliberate pattern of disrespect based on our appearance. A restaurant's job is to make guests feel welcome. This establishment failed catastrophically on that fundamental duty. Do not support a business that judges and mistreats its customers. Racism has no place anywhere, especially not in hospitality. I will never return and warn others to steer clear.

  Server was friendly, but service was pretty slow to get order taken and drinks. Took an hour to get any food. We were there for about 2 hours. All of our food was unfortunately cold or at best lukewarm. Overpriced for the quality and food didn’t taste very fresh. For example, I love mash potatoes and barely touched them.. Only thing that was good and warm was the free bread and appetizers.

  I was unable to get lunch due no one ever coming to sit us. I just left the establishment after never being sat. My guest and I stood at the hostess stand for 15 min and was never acknowledged. The bartender saw us continue talking to a guest. One of the people with me even went to the restroom and returned and we still waited and still was not acknowledged. Someone was setting tables and walked past us. I even helped the delivery person by holding the door open and someone came from the kitchen and signed for the delivery and still wasn’t acknowledged so after 15 min of waiting we left. The restaurant was not crowded maybe 3 people at the bar and 2 table ls occupied.

  Went with family for lunch today. Had a reservation. Place was empty minus 1 group and took 45 min for our food. Food came out cold for myself and parents, manager walked away at the slightest critique of food being cold and lacked interpersonal skills. Manager is incompetent at best. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any bonefish across the southeast. Would not reccomend at all. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. The manager should choose a different job because customer service and interpersonal skills are not his forte

  I scheduled a birthday dinner for 2 of my family members and was highly disappointed in the happy hour flight of mini martinis. 2 out of 3 tasted like pure syrup and the only accommodation was a free appetizer. Then when we ordered our entrees while we were eating there was a bug on the table and they only offered a 15% discount. I felt like the discount should have been more, but just assured I will not be planning anymore outings/bday dinners at Bonefish Bar& Whatever. Oh and we were a group of over 20 and the service for getting entrees and drinks out was terrible. I did tip but not like i would had the service been better.
