  Well, well, well, there are many positive things I have to say tonight about our dinner, especially about our waitress, Jenna, who did an amazing job making sure our dining experience was great. She was very friendly and gave great attention to our table. Our drinks were delicious and the food was good as well. However, I tried to order several items that were unavailable, such as the filet and dynamite salmon, which was crazy and uncommon, especially at 7 pm when you're open until 11 pm. It didn't make sense. We called the manager, Shawn, to our table to ask about the food shortage, and he came over, looked at us like we were crazy, and walked away without apologizing or offering to make it right. That was very unprofessional, especially for a manager. Other than the rude manager, our ladies' night out experience was great.

  My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Bonefish Grill. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Our server was Genesis. She was friendly accommodating and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. The manager, Shawn, came to our table and greeted us. He wanted to make sure everything was top notch. Of course, we will be going back again soon. We would highly recommend this restaurant in Greenville.

  Martini Mondays are fantastic!!! This was our first time going and we had a really great time!! We sat at the bar and the lady making our drinks did a fabulous job making them and giving suggestions!!! Will definitely come back again!!!!!

  We went in for a big family dinner on October 27th to celebrate a birthday. I can't remember our server's name but she was absolutely amazing with both kids and adults! The food mostly was underwhelming and overpriced, however, the sea bass was absolutely unbelievably incredible! I would go here just for the sea bass. It was crispy soft and tender and beautifully cooked to temperature. It comes with dipping sauce but it didn't need any. It was exquisite! I've had sea bass and some some fancy restaurants in large cities across the United States and this was the best I've ever had.

  Enjoyed the excellent service provided by Chris. He answered questions about wine choices and the drink order was well done. He was friendly, personable and attentive. Unfortunately, the kitchen service did not offer the same quality of service. Fish dishes came to the table cold and were returned to the kitchen. The dishes (rainbow trout) came back to the table overcooked and dried out having been grilled again. Chris offered to bring us something else, but due to our time constraint traveling, couldn't wait for another dinner preparation. He made necessary adjustments. Unfortunate visit as we have always enjoyed dining at Bonefish when visiting the area.
