I’m sorry but y'all should really take out the time to clean its Black mold around the whole drink machine take the knobs off and put them in some bleach and let them soak overnight. Once y’all close get a toothbrush and clean that mold out the ice machine where your ice fall out in your cup. It is black mold and then you got managers and coworkers just standing around like it’s nothing to do as nasty as that store is it’s plenty to do

I have enjoyed the new bowl. I specifically go just to get it and the bo rounds cause thats literally the only thing I like. I went to this location twice. And 2 other locations, pleasantburg and wade hampton. And they all did the same thing. I asked for a sub of bacon for the sausage on the app, cause thats how I complete my orders, and because i simply just want bacon. It CLEARLY says it on my receipt every time, yet never once have I got the bacon sub. Idk if the employees just dont care, cant read simple instructions or what but its quite aggravating when not once or twice but 4 different times at 3 different locations and not one of them took the time to give me the meal I ordered. What is the point of being able to pick what I want but never actually getting it. SMH. Do better.

Was able to walk right up to the person taking orders without a wait. That was a pleasant experience as the person was personable and helpful. Got my drink and stood around with a few other people who were also waiting for their food. It was several minutes and then we all seemed to get our food pretty quickly. The dining room was empty, there were several cars in the drive through, it was midafternoon. Restroom was clean. All in all, it was a good experience.

Honestly it was good a couple months ago . Now trash every time I go yall forget my gravy . Secondly yall always closing early the time say 10 o clock not 9:50 . Yall really be pissing me off with the bs sometimes cool every night ridiculous hell
