What made it worse was the absolutely terrible service. The staff clearly saw me standing there, yet did not greet me at all. I had to initiate the conversation just to get acknowledged. Being ignored as a paying customer is unacceptable, especially in a retail food business. For a shop that just opened, this level of service is concerning. Basic customer courtesy seems to be missing here, and because of that, I won’t be returning.
