  Today 1/10 My friends and I went to the 7 brew on Woodruff Rd. It’s about a 30 minute drive from where we live. Whenever we go every one that works there is extremely friendly and understanding. Today was not what we expected. We pull up and get ready to order. All 4 of us had separate orders. In the past that has never been a problem. Well today the worker that took our order was adamant that you could only do 2 separate orders. But we had 4 people. She wasn’t explaining the situation in a nice understandable way she was being EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. She told my friends and I that the only way for us to order was to send each other the money or to get 2 drinks and go thru the drive thru again. I’m sorry but we are not going thru the drive thru twice… especially if you know how 7brew lines are. We couldn’t send each other money bc we all had the money on different things and different ways to pay. So she took 2 orders. I said well can someone else bring a iPad and take the other girls order and she said no. After she walked away another girl came to my car and said that they can take more than 2 orders and took the other girls orders. She walked away and went up to the other girl and proceeded to start laughing. I don’t mind the not being able to take only 2 orders but it’s how she came off to me. I just have always been so pleased with the service and today was definitely the last time I will go to that 7brew.

  I come here most mornings and I have yet to have a experience thats not positive. Even with a long line they get through the drinks fast. No matter the weather or time of day everyone has been friendly. I'm slowly making my way through the menu and I like that if I want to add flavors im not getting upcharged like crazy. My only gripe is because of the location at certain times it can be problematic getting in and out of the lot, but thats to be expected on Woodruff Rd.

  I’ve never had seven brew before and when I tell you, it was one of the best iced coffees I’ve had in Greenville. It was one of the best iced coffees I’ve had in Greenville, and the line was forever long and it literally only took five minutes to get in and out. Everyone was super nice and it went by really fast! Amazing experience!

  Horrible experience today. Typically I go to the location off of Wade Hampton but this location is around the corner from my office. The guys working the lane completely skipped me in line…it was not a busy time of day. I let the girl at the front know and she said something to him, he came over didn’t apologize. He just took my order and kept it moving. Once I get to the front, my order was ready after 3 orders behind me. I leave the 7-brew and get half way back to my office before I realize my order is wrong. I ordered a fizz because I’m pregnant and cannot have energy and because my order is wrong how am I suppose to know this isn’t an energy vs a fizz. I have tried to contact this location multiple times since I left and no one is answering. If I wasn’t pregnant it wouldn’t bother me as much but I am.
