  My very first 7 Brew experience was at this location on a Sunday morning and it was excellent! I did not get the young lady's name who took my order but she was so kind and helpful when I told her I'd never been before. I came prepared with a drink suggestion from a friend but she answered a few questions I had about sugar free and dairy options and gave her thoughts to make my order delicious. I was worried about coming on a weekend but both lines moved quickly and all the employees were smiling and friendly. Now that I've given it a try I hope to return to this location soon.

  This is the slowest most unorganized coffee place in Greenville: It’s a bunch of kids with no sense of direction laughing, and joking and doing literally everything except making coffee. I’m currently sitting in the drive thru, there are three teenagers beside me, no one has said hello, no one has taken our order, there are at least 6 people inside doing a lot of nothing, but tons of laughter. And the audacity of asking for a tip on a 6.05$ small iced coffee after waiting more than 20 minutes. The line wasn’t long the employees were are just bad. Wade Hampton 7brew is superior in every way.

  Just a suggestion for other people who have never been here you should put additional menus out closer to the entrance so people can see what they have. It doesn't really help to see it at the very end

  The baristas were very friendly and my wife really enjoyed her sugar, free cinnamon roll coffee

  Coffee was absolutely delicious per usual but idk her name; this one young lady was talking to someone in the vehicle in front of us for 5 minutes or so after taking their order. My family and I are patient people and unproblematic but after seeing 6 or 7 cars in the left line passing by, we had to say something. She tells us that “they’re her friends and their drinks weren’t made yet.” But we had been waiting a little longer than the left line and when working at a drive-thru only place you must keep the line going. She seemed to get upset but took my order then told us to have a great day with sort of an attitude or disappointment. I understand we see people we know and want to chat but this type of establishment is not the home especially when the line is growing. Other customers would not have handled this as well as we did; I hope she doesn’t do the same to other customers. I pray she takes this as constructive criticism and a lesson.
