  They are always vibing everytime I go. The employees are always pleasant and really seem to enjoy their job. The coffee is delicious as well and the sizes are huge! A small here is the same size as a grande at starbucks. I will say sometimes the lattes can be a little weak, but I usually just add an extra shot its always perfect!

  I had no idea South Carolina had a Seven Brew. I first had a German Chocolate iced coffee from 7 Brew while in IL and I'm not much of a coffee drinker but this was the best thing I'd ever had.

  Bad Location We went to this location on 12/21 around 5:30p. The girl that took our order had a sour attitude. Doing a separate order should not be a big deal for one drink. I used to like this location but the vibes are off, and the drinks are bad unless you order from the “secret menu”. Literally you have to make up or add things to get a decent tasting drink. The customer service used to be good & now you gotta go online for featured drinks and information because the girls taking orders don’t know or acting like your wasting time asking questions. I stopped tipping as well. Sucks cus I used to like this location.

  This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. This was my first time trying 7 Brew because my friend wanted their coffee. I got a frozen cupcake decaf coffee. After the girl took our order, she told us we could drive to the window to pay. When I got to the window, the blonde girl goes "y'all haven't already paid?" I said "no, the girl told us to pay at the window". After getting my frozen drink, it tasted awful. I even had my friend try it in front of the employee and my friend couldn't believe how bad it tasted because she always loves their coffees. It tasted like black coffee, literally no flavor whatsoever. The employee acted like she didn't even know how to fix it and said that the person who made it has been working there for 5 years so he definitely made it right. After awkwardly sitting there, she finally said they could remake it and make it extra sweet. The lady behind me already received her coffee and I could tell she was getting very frustrated. I told the worker I need to pull up to the side of the building because the lady behind me already got her coffee and I could tell she was getting mad. They agreed and after I pulled to the side of the building the lady behind me speeds past me and throws her hands up at me and being hateful with her words. I sped up next to her at the stop sign to leave 7 Brew and explained that it's not my fault that they didn't have me move up. We exchanged a few hateful words and I sped back around to the spot they had me wait for the remake. Next thing I know, two employees come walking to my car together and he goes "are you the one waiting on the remake?" I said "yes!" he goes "great, well unfortunately we will not be remaking your drink today. We saw you in the parking lot and that is reckless driving, we will not tolerate that. I'm sorry, we have refunded your card". I was so shocked I didn't even know what to say. It is a public parking lot and I even explained to him that the lady got angry at me for something that wasn't even my fault. The altercation had nothing to do with them and my friend said she was very sorry for ever bringing me there. Horrible coffee and horrible customer service? That deserves a huge ZERO stars! NEVER again!!!!

  I tried seven brew for the first time today and I was not pleased. A very tall young man with curly hair took my order today and I am not not happy with him. I wanted to purchase some gift cards for my grandchildren and he claimed they were “out” but I believe he was just being lazy! He had zero explanation for why they were out and when they were getting more. Next I asked if I could get a coffee with soy milk and he said “I’m sorry we don’t have soy milk” and smiled at me like he was mocking me. He then started blabbing about different “milk options” and it was too overwhelming. There were about 5 cars behind me and instead of taking their orders he walked inside and then ended up walking inside and handed his iPad to another girl putting all the work on her. I recommend taking your money somewhere else with staff that aren’t lazy and rude like the children that work there.
