I had never been here before and had a couple of quick questions and was I was very polite considering it was a Monday morning. After she handed me my coffee she said, have a better day! I wasent having a bad day until that moment. To assume such I felt was out of line, never mind the looney music they were playing. Well the coffee was really good at least. But I wont go back....to that location anyway. Btw i work in customer service too, and sometimes you gotta wear your game face.
- KNKelly NoNov 10, 20252.0Their drinks are fantastic when made correctly. Unfortunately if they are at all busy they very clearly cut corners and don’t make things correctly. If it’s slower they’ll take the time to ask how you want things done, if they’re busy good luck getting any flavor in your coffee. For example the candy cane mocha is advertised as having whipped cream and candy cane on top, but if they’re busy you’re not getting that. Even ordered extra sweet you can tell they skipped the flavoring that’s supposed to be added. I essentially got chocolate milk with a barely there peppermint taste. They used to be so good but for the price it’s not worth the 50/50 shot of getting a really good drink or a really bad drink. Editing to add: we have them another try today, got the peppermint mocha, specifically asked for it as pictured. Not only is there no whipped cream and candy cane on top, they straight up didn’t add mint to the mocha. It’s just a plain iced mocha. This is the last time I’m giving them a chance. Money is too tight to mess up this many drinks.
