  Unprofessional Staff, Management Negligence, and Health Concerns ​I visited the Dunkin' location across from Prisma Hospital today, April 9th, 2026, and it was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at any establishment. ​First and most concerningly, the employee taking orders at the drive-thru was suffering from a severe, continuous raspy cough. She was coughing directly into the headset and while handling food/drinks. Given that this location is directly across from a major hospital, the lack of basic health and food safety protocols is shocking. ​Because of her coughing, she misunderstood our order. When we reached the window and politely corrected the mistake (we were handed an iced coffee instead of the frozen coffee we ordered), the employee began screaming at us obnoxiously. She was yelling over us and complaining to other staff members while I was trying to speak. ​When I asked for a manager, the situation only got worse. The manager did not apologize or attempt to de-escalate; instead, she consoled the rude employee and dismissively told me the "cameras would prove" she wasn't being rude. ​After looking at other recent reviews, it’s clear this is a systemic issue at this Grove Road location. Corporate needs to step in immediately regarding the hygiene standards and the hostile management culture here. I will be contacting the corporate office and the health department. ​Avoid this location until they address their staff's conduct and health safety.

  My husband and I went this morning after a procedure I had at the hospital across the street and we decided to sit down and eat inside, the cashier was extremely rude and unpleasant with several of the customers. She should realize what location she works at, she is going to get alot of people who are dealing with very heavy emotional stress. Be a little nicer and more patient or work in the back where you don’t deal with people. I ended up cancelling my whole order I had started because of how rude she was.

  This is the worst Dunkin’ in America. I ordered a Brown Sugar Shakin’ Espresso and got straight-up trash. There was no coffee and no syrup — it was literally just water and milk. The employees were extremely rude. She snapped at me for not picking up the order immediately — it was only a few minutes — and somehow blamed that for ruining my drink. The staff looked dirty, with unclean hands and smelling like alcohol.
