Just this stupid elevator music and this soundtrack of a guy saying “we care about your order” doesn’t feel like it. I have a rule for businesses. If the place of business doesn’t answer my call at least and put me on hold I rate 1 star. After the 2nd call no answer. The fact that I am literally trying my best to contact dominos and they failed to answer any calls. It’s 10:47 on a Monday night. My order ready. I’m trying to communicate about my order.

What made it worse was the rude attitude when I asked for an update. No apology, no professionalism — just bad customer service. Do better.

Called to let them know I never received my order and they basically said “that’s your fault.” Asked them to confirm with driver if there was a car in the driveway and they “couldn’t remember” but don’t worry definitely confirmed it was delivered to my house. Well, it was on camera that it wasn’t. No sense of customer service. I could hear them talking trash in the background and being bold face lied to is crazy. Having to order multiple times from this store in the past should have been my favorite indicator to not order from them ever again but I also understand that mistakes happen. But the way this situation was handled was atrocious, not that they care.
