  This was a takeout order ordered through the Android app. Generally, we do not like eating inside of Chipotle it's okay but it's not a comfortable place with steel seats and tables. We chose Chipotle because they have a vegan option. O

  I go here all the time but this time there were some issues. The portions were VERY small, and the white rice was extremely dry and salty.

  We came here at 3:45pm on Saturday. We have never had such bad service anywhere! The male who starting making our bowls rushed our order and seemed very confused. The lady who was checking us out only rang up 3 of us and we had 5 total. I paid $50 and then they came and told me they didn’t charge me for any of my order and proceeded to charge me about $80! When I showed her I had already paid $50 she gave me an attitude but did ring up the additional two meals. I then brought up the tray and asked if she wanted it and she rudely replied “NO I DONT!” and made me take it back to the table. We continued to watch her be extremely rude the the customers who came in after us as well. Just horrible! Will not return!

  GLAD IM NOT DEAD, SOMEONE COULD BE. LABELS AND CLEANING STANDARDD ARE NOT JUST FOR FUN!!!! THEY ARE THERE TO PREVENT ALLERGIC REACTIONS AND OTHER DIETARY MISHAPS!! NOT RUSHING ALSO PREVENTS THAT!! My husband came in 30 minutes to an hour before closing MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME to get the new spicy chicken and I DID NOT. Somehow the UNLABLED bowls got mixed up and I ended up with the spicy chicken. I CANNOT EAT SPICY FOODS AS IT CASUSES EXTREMELY PAINFUL MEDICAL COMPLICATIONS. Had at least ONE of them label it would've been prevented. That is NOT THE CUSTOMERS JOB!!! There is a HUGE DIFFERENCE between spicy and seasoned. I'm BEYOND pissed and it has a lot to do with being an exhausted momma and this was SUPPOSED to be my first actual meal of the day. Instead of enjoying my bowl, I'm writing this warning for others NOT to come here if you have any dietary specific needs, ALL WHILE MY MOUTH IS STILL ON FIRE AND IN PAIN. Ffs I found lettuce in a bowl that wasn't ordered with lettuce. I can only imagine what the mess was, I've worked in a very similar position and I know how rough it can get but this is inexcusable!!

  When I arrived today, the line was fair, the staff politeness was meh, but when I asked for FRESH chips, I should get exactly that. Not only did I spend $25 for a meal, but I could have spent that $25 some where else. Yet I chose your Chipotle location because it is close to my work. Not only should I receive what I paid for, but (not that I owe anyone an explanation) I just had a tooth removed and it is still healing, as it can take up to 6 months to heal. So fresh ships would have been softer for me to eat. Yet you hire subpar employees, that has no customer service skills. I asked for fresh chips and the disappointing blk women behind the counter pops off with, "they are cooked fresh daily". Sounds like a rehursed line, instead of giving me what ive asked for. I won't make that mistake again, as you know there are PLENTY of restaurants in this area, and I won't waste my money on your Chipotle again.
