  Restaurants looked like no one had cleaned it all day. They were out of several ingredients including rice and did not have any ready to refill. Checked out. The Coke Zero was out. There was no utensils stocked or napkins so I had to ask for them. The employee looked really annoyed that I needed a fork and napkins to eat. I don't usually write reviews but I have not had that bad of an experience in a long time.

  This chipotle is a hot mess. We eat at chipotle quite a bit - we use the app to place an order and it’s always ready. BUT NOT HERE. Order put in. Said it was ready. We go in and wait. Someone finally says our order must have been stolen and makes get back in line and WAIT to place an order. Will never go to this location again. Management - you need to hire some complement employees.

  Food was horrible and just thrown on the bowl, restaurant was very nasty and dirty. Employees not presentable for serving food.

  I love Chipotle food, so delicious but unfortunately the employees of this specific store keep the place dirty and unwelcoming , I consume Chipotle a lot and this one used to be one of my favorites but honestly I can’t eat while trash is on the floor and on dirty tables … bothers me to see some of the employees checking the phones and wasting time when is job to get done around … is very sad that workers don’t care about the place is putting food on the table. I hope the owner and manager do something about

  When I first went to place an order they said they were waiting on two items I needed to be restocked. I was willing to wait as I work at a fast food restaurant myself. The workers kept saying they were restocking, which was fine, but they made very little effort to do so as they were scrolling on their phones instead. Some continued to even eat some of the meat in front of myself and other customers as we waited for our items to be available. I was shocked at how willing they were to be doing all that- especially eating the food in plain sight. I waited at least 10 minutes before I changed my order to work with what was available as I didn’t have time to wait longer for rice to be cooked. I have never seen that at a chipotle chain before. The food at least was good overall.
