  Don’t waste your time or money here. The service is just as bad as the food! I didn’t have time to get his name but the tall, heavyset white man has a passive aggressive attitude towards customers.

  This Arby's is the pinnacle of fast food service. The ladies who work there are so sweet. My food is always good and I leave with a smile.

  I take a chance on stopping @arbys bc absolutely hate rudeness and well its what you get most times these days at establishments BUT.....LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT STORE 07211 BUTLER RD ARBYS 😁😁😁, the lady Lavetrice @drive thru was THE ABSOLUTE BEST WITH THE WONDERFUL ATTITUDE !! 💙 ❤️ 👍 I didn't care that she was taking lil time to make fresh fries 😋 some actually do go above and beyond and she deserves the absolute best and btw she's gotta be in her 60s out her servicing the public!! You ROCK! KEEP doing it girl you made my day and I will definitely be back because of YOU!!!

  I can’t remember what the lady’s name was but we came here around 1:00 on a Wednesday and the customer service was absolutely top tier, and she matched the energy we brought. As a waitress who works in the industry she absolutely made my day and it’s definitely hard to find good customer service like we received today
