  Great service here, mostly a drive through location but they'll welcome you to have a walk up and have a seat. Great coffee, great atmosphere/music.

  It was my first time there and the ladies I had contact with were very nice- one even chatted with my while I waited for my DELIcIOUs frozen treat!

  Normally I love 7brew and I have had a few not so ideal visits in the past at this location that were never worth leaving a review about until this encounter. Last night I pull into the establishment and there’s only a single car in front of me but the host spent over 5 minutes just engaging in casual conversation with the car (whose order was already taken). Which would be ok but I was not acknowledged. By the time they stopped conversing with the car in front of me another line had started to form and my car was skipped (which happens frequently at this location). I always leave my house and account for an additional 15 minutes to arrive at my final destination early. Between the conversing and my car getting skipped it sets me way behind schedule. The most frustrating part is that there’s also like 4-5 other employees in there not doing anything. Every time I come to 7brew I order a large 7brew energy with light ice. Normally I never complain or send stuff back this time the drink came back with over half the cup full of ice. I kindly gave it back to young lady, who then snatched it out of my hand and said that next time I need to ask for “VERY LIGHT ICE, because that’s an extra 4 ounces”. I don’t appreciate the snatching and attitude because it costs nothing to be kind. Also since when is extra light ice a thing, I thought the standard is light, regular, and extra? I appreciate that they employ young high schoolers but I might have to make extra time to go across town to the other location.

  Loyal customer since this location opened. Can provide tel # to corporate to show purchase history length and totals. With that being said. I won’t be back. There are way too many coffee shops around to accept such poor service. I will say there are some individuals at this location that provide good service so please don’t receive this as a generalization. To those few please do not take the review personally. There are a few individuals that routinely skip taking orders in sequence. Have poor attitudes are dismissive and outright make me the customer feel like an inconvenience. Why am I being skipped when I arrived before other vehicles , you’re literally creating a bottle neck. I’ve inquired and was told they alternate which they mostly do. So either I have really good timing to get skipped so many times or they don’t want my business. There’s two dutch bro coming . One in cherry dale pleasantburg drive and the other where clutch coffee is now. If you haven’t been to one try it , service is phenomenal. Coffee is great. I employee 250+ people in the Greenville area. We will be providing a Dutch bro gift card to all our employees upon their grand opening.
