  I stopped off at this Bojangles location due to me having a hunger headache. I ended up with my left leg being burned with hot chicken grease. I was handed a box with no lining with chicken that seeming just came out of the hot grease. We handed the box back to the person at the window which I believe was the manager...She spoke to the crew but didn't handle me the customer correctly. They placed a liner in the box after the fact.. after she saw the box dripping with hot grease on my lap and the driver as she was passing it back through the window.. A refund should have been issued , my linen pants have to be cleaned, and a incident report should have been offered to be filled.. It wasn't handled correctly at all.

  Clean! clean ! Clean! It is 5:10pm. I mean a good crew and good food?!? Yess Ms. Carol is a gem!! Fresh food! Yes! Jasmine a good front host!! I will be back over and over. Best Bojangles hands down!

  Don’t go here they hire people who do not know anything about customer service, no greeting, just silence. You have to greet them at the drive thru microphone just for them to reply to you with an attitude. Then on top of that they make you wait a millenium for the food. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes to the next bojangles. You will probably save yourself the time and effort.
