    Ordered a snack wrap and fry, get home and no snack wrap. Tried to call but no one is picking up. Will return tomorrow for refund. Usually tho they always get my order right so I get mistakes happen, my fault for not checking but hopefully I’ll get a refund.

    i’m not sure what happened this morning, but it seemed like no one couldn’t read. i made a mobile order, 3 hash browns 2 mcgriddles. simple. i go around and they gave me 2 mcmuffins, ok mistakes happen whatever still not thrilled bc they weren’t even busy. they pull me to the 3rd window and give me my food and guess what? missing a mcgriddle. mind you, i gave them my receipt. so again. i go back around. already annoyed bc now im late for work bc they kept messing up not once but twice. waiting 30 minutes and going back twice is a little insane. not one sorry or a sense of urgency just a “here you go” and shuts the window. i hope everyone in there has a better day than what they’re having.

    I went through the drive-thru and I didn't get my food order in properly for the man. Or I should say he didn't understand so it took an extra 5 minutes to get it right. And when I finally got my meal it it was was lux warm not good at all. And when I got it home I tried to microwave it and it still didn't taste good. Not sure about the atmosphere because I didn't go in.
