Heading home from seeing family and wanted a quick bite so my husband and I popped in. Though short staffed they were still quick and super friendly. Only thing that puzzled me was why the crew didn’t have a key to the bathrooms. One of the guys had to use his credit card, I told him not to break it, he said he had just gotten a renewed one and still had to activate it. I thanked him and wish the crew a Merry Christmas.

Bad customer service. I went through the drive thru and ordered a strawberry lemonade with no ice and they gave me ice so I asked if I could get a new one without the ice and the drive thru person said "well then id have to remake it" so I said that was fine and someone in the back yelled "no we dont do that" and wouldnt remake it even though it was their mistake.
