I wanted a medium fry, but they rang up a small and I tried to correct it, but they just turned off the mic and I ended up with a small. It's not the end of the world, but it was a tad annoying. Then it asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. I tried to type on the screen to do it, but the screen didn't work, so, yeah, I was stuck with the default. Annoying.

I was excited to try the new pretzel smasher it was dry and the sauce was nasty very bitter not the restaurants fault though they just push the products they don't design them however the restaurants fault lies solely in the hair cooked into my french toast stick and the mystery dirt in my cup! I noticed the hair on my french toast stick while dipping into the syrup and my stomach immediately started turning but after FINISHING my drink and opening the top to chew the famous ice I notice a long piece of what honestly looks like a piece of hay inside my cup and it was like my stomach just started the rejection process thank God in heaven I had a ziplock bag storing my extra iron flask lids under my passenger seat or I would have been screwed! I use to love this location because of accessibility but i will never be back after this gut turning experience i’m done with sonic all together!
