I love Arby's, always consistent and great food. I have lived by this location for 8 yrs and decided to give it another chance and the same kind of issue happened. I ordered delivery through Grub hub and once again my order was missing, older colored lady knew my hole order n total but said I didnt pay. I drive up there and she said just order through me, so i did and I added another peach pie. I get home and I have no peach pies, I drive back up bc thats the only thing my youngest got. I get there n she is saying I did not order any peach pies, I asked for receipt and sure enough there is 2 orders. i asked if I could use my coupon for 4 moz sticks, was told no I had to come back a 3rd time lol She calls for the pies and I said I remember why I stopped coming here, and same rude lady (condescendingly nice) said "good, we don't ever have to see you again" I asked her what her problem was and I did tell her she seems miserable , to which she replied "well if you would learn how to order" she then said she would refund me, it got heated bc my poor 4 yr old is in the car crying (left out) brothers are eating and he is on the spectrum doesn't eat ff or meat.... I have worked in f&b, I am nice, very nice and I know people try, this lady is either incompetent, undertrained, or uneducated, i really do not know but in the 8 yrs i have lived here this has only happened at this Arby's, 3x I have had issues with my order and the employees talking rude and they are always right!!! never ever does this happen to me, I am a people person, love people and always give the benefit of the doubt. Some people need proper training, ethics class, and learn to have some empathy with manners!!! I still have a $45.62 charge on my card, along with the 40 something cash I gave the lady. I will never ever return to this location, this is not coincidental, I believe it is the same lady every time.
