I regret it, because not even 30 minutes after eating, I was throwing up. I can only hope that my food was underprepared or was left out too long (which shouldn't have been the case since I stood there & waited for 7-12 mins). I went to the website to make a complaint, & a male did reach out to me. I called him back 3 times & left messages with the staff of my availability. Unfortunately, I never heard anything else. Not even a follow up call simply because he couldn't reach me. I will never go back to a place that made me sick. Don't be fooled by the line wrapped around the building--it's that way because of the distance to other locations. Take the drive to Summerville or North Charleston.

There’s rarely ever an issue & whenever there is, they fix it immediately. I think the staff is always welcoming & nice. It’s our go to when we don’t want to cook dinner & we’re happy to have a wonderful one close by. My dog really loves the fries too!
