Had an extremely nice Saturday Night dining experience here. The atmosphere was excellent, the staff were all professionals, and the food was superb. One of the better overall experiences I've had in a while, really enjoyed being able to have nice conversation with the people I was with.. without having to shout, or ask people to repeat the entire time! Our server was great and she had wonderful recommendations as well.

We moved to Georgetown almost 2 years ago and were looking forward to trying the new restaurants. "The Independant" is one of our favorites. Bax & Steven make the best drinks at the bar.. we love sitting at Hunter's table. The atmosphere is great. Food At.
